Provide program help that doesn't require Internet Access.

Studies have shown users memory normally fails when there is no Wi-fi signal...

Please - Let the user choose the colors.

Although I'm sure some people like "that blue" on everything.

Include the PDA licence as part of the standard package

For me, the most important feature of a program like this is the ability to synchronise between my main computer and the PDA. Since the PDA application is a separate product, at extra cost, that limits its usefulness for me.

Support other services as a datastore for Tasks & Reminders (eg Google Calendar, Remember The Milk, and other products that support the iCalendar format (RFC2445)

I also use rainlendar - it would be good to go between products and have 2 way data entry and updates (at the moment I can already update tasks on my laptop and have them appear updated on my desktop within minutes) - no need to manually copy data...

Introduce a custom toolbar - for running user tasks/programs or opening user-defined folders in explorer. (something maybe similar to a program dock).

Offer an option for the hourly time in the calendar for not only 24 hr, but for the traditional US time periods of AM and PM

US time does not use 24 hr, but rather AM and PM. This option would be very useful for US workers

provide an importer for Lotus Organizer data

Since Lotus Organizer is still in use, it would be an idea to catch some of their market share by giving a migration tool to its users

Include http server option for email client (such as Windows Live Hotmail)

I went to the email settings to enter my hotmail account but there were only options for SMTP outgoing and POP incoming. I tried entering the information from Windows Live but it wouldn't work.

The advanced setting list window should be a bit wider so that you can read the entire option

Make the PDA version for all smartphones, not just windows devices. Make it for iphone, blackberry, and all the other PDA/smartphone phones.

It says mobile version for your PDA, but it only supports windows enabled PDA's.

As Android market share grows daily, please include direct Android syncing. I personaly would pay for that feature, as all of my business partners have Android phones.

Support encryption (such as OpenPGP) for email.

We use Thunderbird in our office with the Lightning plug-in. I like the LeaderTask more, in some ways, but we absolutely must be able to encrypt our emails since we deal with confidential information. Support for OpenPGP would allow us to use this...

Add a journal function like MS OneNote for saving all types of information and tie them into the tasks as well.

Currently I am split between Outlook and OneNote. I could really use a program that would combine both functions into one program. This way I am not referring back and forth and have a way to tie daily events into the clippings.
